Cleaning service come by every other week. I live nearby and I'm available to answer questions & help out as much as I can by phone/text/in-person. The one and only other tenant, that shares the townhome, lives downstairs, is very quiet, neat & clean who has been renting from me & the next-door neighbor for many years.

There are 2-bicycles hanging in the garage to use, must put back the same way after each use. Your large private balcony, has a propane grill, shade awning and a 4 person bar-height table and chairs to enjoy. Try your green thumb at container gardening of vegetables & plants if you like as well.

This is a Non-Smoking (inside/outside) 3-on a lot townhome property, Please wipe up wood floors from any spills. Unfortunately, large vehicles will not fit into the garage or in front of the garage and must be parked on the street.
