Beautiful Room w/ private entrance

I have a beautiful room available in a 4 bedroom 3 bath house located in North Redondo. I am less than 2 miles away from the beach as well as very close to shops and restaurants near by.

The room has it's own private entrance as well as it's own private bathroom.

Laundry is on site and all utilities are paid for.

I do require a 6 month lease as well as a credit check and proof of employment.

We are a pretty laid back house and are looking for someone that is respectful and clean. I have 3 very friendly huskies that will only want pets and some scraps of food if you are willing to give.

The room can come fully furnished with bed and end tables if needed

June 01 room will be available.

If a couple or two people are interested in the room, rent is raised to $1500/mo.
