The apartment is on the first floor with our main windows facing north and east (limited direct sunlight). There is carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. Laminate floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The garage has been a Burning Man storage/work space for the past 3 years, so I'm going to deep clean it, and make it into a home gym/storage garage.
My current roommate and I have shared the place for 5 years now, but he is moving up north to be closer to work.
I work 1.5 miles from home, and am up usually pretty early... and back in the early afternoon. I am very organized, and keep a neat home. I'm 32 yr old male, and work in finance.
The place includes:
? Partially furnished living room (roommate has 1 couch, and I have 1)
? Kitchen has all of the essential utensils and dishware
? Refrigerator and Dishwasher
? Washer and dryer next to the garage ($1.50 wash + $1 dry)
Rent: $875 + utilities (water included, gas avg. $20/mth, electricity avg. $30/mth & internet $14/mth)
Deposit: probably 1 month rent, but we'll confirm with the landlord Bill
