North Redondo Room +Private Bathroom

Large room with plenty of closet space and full private bathroom. Semi private entrance with plenty of street parking. Limited kitchen use no living room access. The master bedroom is locked off as the owners are only here October through March. We are a quiet family with a small golden retriever looking for a quiet working professional or student. Some furnishings available if needed. Full Disclosure - Our home is on Manhattan beach Blvd so there is traffic noise that can be cancelled out with a fan or headsets.
