All 3 are of us are professionals with bachelor or master?s degrees. The house is large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2 story w/ over 2500 sq ft plus patio yard. Lots of room. You would share a bathroom with 1 person. plus we have the extra 1/2 bath for all. We have 4th furnished bedroom guest room or study for the occasional out of town guest.
