One room available in beautiful Redondo Beach

This house is located in a beautiful and quite section of Redondo Beach. The house is close to anything you need access to. Schools, parks, shopping, freeway, beach. While being close to any service, it is also isolated away from major boulevards and noisy intersections. The house is divided into two parts, the main house with 1 master and 2 rooms, and the back house where I live. In the house now is a quite couple that rent one of the regular rooms. Very nice couple! You'll always smell cooking as the kitchen is a bustling place of activity.
