Room for Rent in North Redondo Beach

**JULY 1st MOVE IN**

Hello everyone,

I'm here to offer up one (1) bedroom of my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in North Redondo Beach, CA. As you can see from the pictures above I have a wide array of amenities. 2 parking spots are available on-site (one is covered, one is not), a washer/ dryer IN-UNIT, fridge, stove, hardwood floors, and a large backyard with patio seating (NO DOGS ALLOWED per the landlord). Unfortunately, I do not have a dishwasher. The room pictured is the room available, it's 16 feet by 11 feet and comes with a walk-in closet. Rent is $1090/ month and is paid on the 3rd of every month. Utilities include internet, water, and gas and come out to be roughly $75 a month. Security deposit is $1,075 before move-in. Applications come with a $30 fee and a credit check.

What I'm looking for:
A roommate (preferably a man) who cleans up after themselves, pays the rent on time, and respects my space. You MUST be friendly, NO COUPLES, NO PETS, keeps normal hours, no trades, and no negotiations on the price. On top of all of this I'm not here to talk politics so NO TRUMP SUPPORTERS or RACISTS.

About me:
I'm a very relaxed 26 year old male and have been living in Redondo Beach for 3 years. I work 5-6 days a week and wake up early every day so someone who keeps normal hours is a must. I'm active, love to cook, go to the beach, hang out with friends, and watch sports.
