- 1 Garage Parking Spot
- All areas in the home are free to share (Kitchen, dining room, living room & deck - except our bedroom, we would respect your bed + bathroom as well!)

>>> ABOUT US:

You would be sharing a home with 2 other tenants - we are a couple (a male, 24 and a female, 25). We have a 1-year-old large Golden Retriever. She is SUPER friendly! We are animal lovers and vegetarians.

We are very clean + tidy and respectful/considerate of others' space and property.

A little about our lifestyles: We are friendly homebodies that love to chill, watch shows/movies and just be comfy in our home. Music lovers. Taking our pup to the dog park. Love improving and making the space look better and cute!

We both work full-time and currently WFH. Mainly early risers (6am-ish) and typically early to bed (10pm-ish).

This would be our first time living and sharing space with someone we've just met, but it'd be cool to make a friend rather than just share a space :)

We also take the pandemic quite seriously and would greatly appreciate a roommate who does the same.

- Someone who is friendly, considerate, will be clean + tidy, and can tolerate (but preferably) loves dogs.

- Respectful of night-time hours and typically keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm on weeknights.

- No firearms.
