Hello! I am looking for a 3rd roommate to rent out the master bedroom in my 3bd/2bath apartment. The master has an attached bathroom, it’s own balcony and walk-in closet. The apartment is a good size with a spacious living and dining room. There is a balcony off of the living room as well as a detached 2 car garage. It’s a small building with only 4 units so pretty quiet. I’m looking for a mature, hard working professional who is CLEAN and a non-smoker. At this time, I am only looking for someone who will be working outside the home. Female preferred. Rent is $892 plus utilities.
