Older style apartment in a 6 apt unit. Parking spot available on the property. Street parking is relatively easy. Unit is on the ground floor, no AC but rarely needed due to ocean breezes, gas stove, and heating unit. Share expenses equally. Share cleaning. Nice place, nice apt neighbors.
