Single Room (s) in 4 bed condo in Redondo Beach

Live in one of the most popular Los Angeles beach neighborhoods 12 blocks from the Redondo and Hermosa Beach strands. This Zen, South Redondo Beach, three-level, back unit condo has an ocean view, wood burning fireplace, loft-like living room and kitchen area, small backyard, and private rooms (furnished or not) on lower level with shared bathroom. My house is described as very zen and quiet. I am the sole owner of condo and am looking for a female who is at least 30 years old. I have had students getting their masters, traveling nurses, and professionals who work hard and also want to find a balanced life by living at the beach. I am also looking for folks who work out of the house since I work from home. I am on the quiet side but also live a light life filled with activity and doing the work I love as an entrepreneur. I have one cat, Rumi, who keeps to himself, and live in a neighborhood that is very community-oriented, quiet, and accessible to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the fun life that beach cities offer. At my house, you feel as though you are living outside and a part of life with the views and the quiet setting of the backyard with a flowing fountain and the sound of palms. Good energy and a peaceful way of living are what I am hoping to offer.
