Large Room for Rent in North Redondo Beach

We are looking for a new roommate in a great spot starting June 13 in our 3 bedroom apartment in North Redondo Beach. We are only 1.2 miles from the beach and close to the 405. You would have your own bedroom and share a large bathroom with one female roommate. We have a washer dryer in building, great large living room/kitchen, balcony and a two car garage (street parking is also super easy to find).

The lease is month to month and move in date is June 13. We are young, fun women in our late 20s. We keep it chill during the week and like to let our hair down on the weekends. We love going out with friends, being outdoors/hiking, brunching and beach.

We're looking for a Female roommate preferably mid to late 20s/early 30s that's easy going, clean, has a full time job, and can pay rent.

We aren't looking for someone that tends to bring the party home every night and is on the couch 24/7.
