Awesome house with Pool needs roommate

Hey! Thanks for your interest. This ad will be long and detailed in attempt to answer most of your potential questions. By doing so it will speed along the process and aid in getting the right roommate, ensuring we’re looking for the same thing. The move in date is August 1, but there’s some flexibility if you need sooner. While this is not a popularity contest if you have an Instagram, Facebook, or a pic along with info about yourself it would be helpful as I would like to see who I might be living with. The house is located in Redondo Beach, boarding Manhattan. Its a bit less than 2 miles (20 blocks) from the beach. Centrally located to all major freeways. Within 10 minutes of the 405, 105, 110, 91, Target, Trader Joes, 3 shopping malls, parks etc.. There’s one of two rooms available, the other will be used as a shared home office space. The rent is $1,350/month and utilities run about $150/month which include water, gas, electric, and television, hi-speed WiFi, and gardener. Deposit of $1,350 is required (if needed you could split it up into two payments.) The room is spacious at 14.5'x9'. Bathroom will be shared. The house has been nicely furnished, the kitchen and bathroom recently remodeled. The living room is fairly large with lots of natural light.

The house has very large backyard as it sits on a double lot. There’s a inground pool, fire pit, a BBQ for your grilling needs along with patio furniture, chairs and various plants, it’s perfect for tanning during the day or relaxing in the evening.

There a washer and dryer in the house. There’s amble street and driveway parking. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

I’m a professional in my mid-thirties. I’m born and raised her in LA. I’m laid back and easy to get along with. During the week I’m pretty mellow. During the weekend I enjoy live music, hikes, camping…I’m usually enjoying some outdoor activity. I have a 1.5 year old well trained German Shepherd. I’d prefer a roommate who does not have a pet.

There are expectations I would assume could go unsaid but with past roommates this wasn't the case. That being said, I’m looking for someone who is respectful and courteous. Rent/utilities are to be paid on time. Common areas are to be kept clean. I do not expect a spotless house but pick up after yourself within a reasonable time.
