Private Room & Bath 1 block from beach!

We are 2 young professionals (male/female) renting out a bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment by the beach. The bedroom has a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Our apartment has an ocean view rooftop with a fire pit and lounge furniture. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. South Redondo is a small bubble of a community that is quiet and friendly with a good mix of locals and transplants. Our apartment is located between Redondo Beach Pier and Rivera Village, both of which are walking distance. The pier has lively, touristy restaurants and bars and is a great place to take visitors or enjoy local nightlife. The village has more of a local, laid-back vibe with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutique shops, Trader Joe's and Von's. There are walking trails nearby along the beach and on the Palos Verdes peninsula. LAX airport is a 20 minute drive. We are looking for a professional who is clean and respectful of people and property. There are no dogs allowed in the building.
