The total rent is $4,100, so your share would be $1,370 per month with utilities included. The common area is furnished. 1 shared bathroom for both available rooms. This apartment has 2 assigned parking spots in garage, and plenty of free parking on street. NO DRUGS!!

When I am home, I’m usually wandering out & about in LA. I’m respectful of your space and privacy.
