2. 1 shared bathroom downstairs (you will be sharing this with 1 female roommate),

6. laundry room with a washer and dryer,
7. patio/balcony,
8. garage and basement, and
9. street parking
Smoking is NOT allowed within the premises. NO pets allowed.
Rent: $800 collected every 25th of the month. Non-negotiable. Utilities and internet are NOT included. Utilities and internet would be split 5 ways. $80-$100 on average per person.
Roommates: Currently, there are four (4) of us: one (1) couple (male+female), one (1) male, and one (1) female. All are 30-ish professionals. Everyone is easy going, friendly, and clean. Most of us work from home but we all pretty much keep to ourselves. We also love to cook.
Location: Nice and quiet neighborhood in Redondo Beach. 10-minute walking distance to CVS, Grocery Outlet, and Rite-Aid. There’s also a 7-11 nearby. 30-minute walking distance to Hermosa Beach pier.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for someone who is within our age range of late 20-ish to 30-ish, a professional with:
1. a stable job,
2. a good credit score, and
3. capable of paying rent and utilities regularly.
We’re also hoping to find someone who shares the same traits as us: chill, friendly, cleans up after themselves, and willing to split chores with us. COVID vaccinated and, if applicable, boosted too.
