1 br available in 4 br house (young professionals)

Hi, we have 1 br available on Dec 1 in a spacious 4 br 2.5 ba house! It's $1200/mo + utilities (internet, water, gas, electric, trash, etc...) and a ~$1780 sec deposit upfront. Nate, Mike, and I are professionals working at local aerospace companies and moving into this house for a 15 mo lease. We are looking for another working professional (9-5 or more) who is ideally in their 20's and can commit to the 15 mo lease. We value a clean and organized house, generally chill/quiet on week nights, with socializing on weekends. We're all social but respect each others' space, have our misc. hobbies (hiking, cars, biking, etc...), and are looking for someone respectful, level-headed, communicative, and kind who will be a good fit for the house!

You will likely have the bedroom shown with a shared bathroom (alternatively you'd have a larger bedroom). All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor, with a kitchen, shared spaces, and attached garage downstairs. The house has a 2 car garage that we will share between our vehicles (ex: you'd get a garage spot on ~half the days). On the other days we'd resort to street parking (which we can reasonably find within 2 blocks). The house is unfurnished - we're in the process of finding furniture for shared spaces.

We've just signed the lease, and you'll either be added as a co-leaser or a sublet (depending on what the property manager wants). You will need to show proof of 3x your monthly rent in income, and/or financial stability of some sort.
