Looking for a roommate to move into the empty bedroom. House in Redondo Beach in a nice neighborhood. Looking for male roommate only and must be employed.

No pets please (there is already a cat that lives here but he's cool)

I work from 9-5 during the week and go to the gym every morning. I like to snowboard, workout, and ride motorcycles. If you're a cool active person we'll get along just fine.
