Rommate in Redondo Beach

I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, roommate is moving out with her boyfriend. Looking for someone around my age (24). I have a dog in the apartment already, so I would prefer no other pets, but open to a conversation about it. I waitress at night and like to go to the gym. I do not drink or smoke, but i’m ok with you doing so as long as you leave the party at the party. I’m pretty easygoing and like things to be kept fairly clean.
