Private house with 1 room for single occupancy only. Room is freshly painted, hard wood floors, fully furnished Full Size Bed. Also include Wi-Fi, and Utilities small refrigerator . AVAILABLE SERVICE: $25 per month extra WASH and FOLD Clothing no DRY CLEANING. (SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY)
You have access to kitchen, appliances, living/dinning room, pool, washer, dryer, your own small refrigerator food cabinet shelve. If you use any room you will be responsible to pick up and clean up after yourself. The bathroom is your responsibility to maintain clean.
** JUST 2 MILES FROM CSUN and NORTHRIDGE MALL ** able to bus, drive, or bike your way there.
The house is gated, very quite and private. The pool/yard cleaned and maintained feels like a resort peaceful, tranquil and serine enough to study, yoga, exercise, read a book, eat lunch, hang out or just relax.
If you dislike, or have, allergies, phobia or superstition with Cats and Dogs THIS HOUSEHOLD IS NOT FOR YOU. Please be employed, legal and No Drugs/No Smoking or Herbs of any. (Firm on request for others health issues)
