I have a good sized unfurnished room for rent in my home in Reseda. Room is 13.5x11.5. There is a large closet and a very large linen closet in hallway with even more space in bathroom. This is a 2100sf 3 bedroom home to share with only myself. Large kitchen, laundry room, dining room. Fireplace and hardwood floors throughout entire home. You will have a semi private bathroom. Yours, but when guests are over they will use it. There is a small but lush and private back yard. Perfect for bocce and corn hole. Central AC and heat. Plenty of on street parking with no street cleaning on quiet street. You will be responsible for 1/2 utilities. Gardener and Wifi included, but no cable television. I am very environmentally and energy conscious and I hope you are as well.

I am looking for someone who works full time. Must like cats and have no allergies. I have two sibling kitties. Possible reduction in rent when I travel if willing to care for them. No couples, no kids, and no other pets. This is not negotiable with landlord. You will have to fill out an application with my listing agent and pay an application fee.

I am a 49yo female, full time private chef and work M-F. I am super private, but do entertain on occasion. You will have advanced notice when I do. I might have a friends stop by occasionally, but no impromptu parties. I expect the same from roomie as I work a lot and value my quiet time. I am LBGTQ friendly. I prefer a non smoker, but am willing to consider if you are respectful.
