Looking for Third Roommate in 3bd 2.5bth Townhouse

My name is Branden and I live with my girlfriend Athalia.

I'm 28 and Athalia is 22. We like to watch movies, play video games and board games when we're not working and like to go out on the weekends. We are looking for someone to move into our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. The house is two stories. The living room, kitchen and half bathroom are on the first floor. The three bedrooms and the other two full bathrooms are on the second floor. The open room is not the master, but it has its own private full bathroom. The house has a patio that is closed off to the street allowing for safety for delivered packages. There is also a mailbox in front of the house that has a lock on it. The house also has an attached two car garage with our own washer and dryer in the garage as well. Athalia does not have a vehicle so there will always be a parking space available in the attached garage. The house is 1,529 sq/ft so there is plenty of room for everyone. The community is gated and has permit parking within the gate in addition to our two car garage. There is also plenty of street parking and residential parking (we are surrounded by a quiet neighborhood) outside of the gate. Our community also has two full size swimming pools and a recreation center. We live behind the Northridge Hospital. You will hear ambulance sirens every once in a while but nothing more than usual. It does provide a bit more security as Police Officers tend to hang around the hospital.
