Northridge / Reseda Small Room

Hello, I have a small room for rent inside a 3 bedroom townhome. You will receive a parking permit to park inside the community. Internet and utilities is included. You will have your own bathroom. There’s a small full size bed (If you’d like to use it). Looking for adults between 20-45 (students or professionals preferred). I currently work from home in the Tech sector.
