Close proximity to CSUN and Northridge Hospital. Rent includes utilities (water, power and gas) and WiFi, centralized AC and heating. The room includes a full sized bed with new memory bedding and a computer table. You will have full access to the kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchenware.
