House of three adults looking for a quiet roommate in a gated community in Hawthorne. House has heating and ac. Wifi. And one shared bathroom upstairs- shared with one other person, however you do have your own cabinet and sink. Plus there is access to the downstairs bathroom, as it is for anyone, esp guests. All four will share the kitchen space and patio with.
Although we are 4 who live in the home we often get visits from friends and family.
House has major family vibes and enjoys being home for Netflix and at home cooking. Holiday parties are small but standard year round! We have a beautifully behaved Shar Pei, about 40lb dog. Please know she is commonly in the living room and stays over mostly during the week as it is our daughters dog. We have the doggy door and get to play the happy grandparents! The dog is great though! Also not a barker.
Ideal roommate is someone clean! And usually quiet by 10pm.
This is a comfortable house and we are looking for the right fit.
