Upstairs Bedroom shared Bathroom

The upstairs bedroom with shared full bath/shower located directly across from the bedroom. Moderate use of washer, and dryer. Smoking in the backyard or outside only. Tenant has parking space in front of the home in a small gated community. Family style stress free, clean, home environment. There is no 420 drug use at our house. Smoking cigarettes is allowed in the backyard, the front yard we have seating available.

1. Full written application required.

2. A criminal background check is required. We do not rent to felons or sex offenders.

3. The tenant must provide income verification in the form of check stubs or W2 or 1099 or bank statements.

4. The tenant must be at least 26 yrs old.

5. The tenant must have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent.

6. No couples. One person per room rental.

7. No drug use legal or illegal in or around the home. Drugs include marijuana/ 420.
