Howdy Room seekers,
My name is Brian and i am a working from home professional with a 2 bedroom townhouse. The house is currently occupied by myself, my dog Ellie and the Cat (his name is Orion but most people just call him cat). The house is in a small community near the Whittier Greens golf course, Walmart, the new Costco and a short drive to almost anywhere in LA. The house has an attached two car garage that you are welcome to use for light storage and of course a car.
The room comes furnished but things can be moved around as needed. There is an attached bathroom to the bedroom and will be setup as a private bathroom once you move in. The kitchen is small but has the space needed for all dinner type activities.
I keep a pretty tidy house and hope for a roommate that does the same.
