I have a room rental ready to rent!

The minimum stay would be until January 31st, 2022, or you can do a lease longer than that. The room rental rate is $900/month INCLUDING utilities. Utilities include everything (gas, water, trash, electric, internet, etc.)

The WiFi is BLAZING speed fast. I get 200+ Mbps on an old iPhone, imagine what a new iPhone would get! The WiFi network has 2G and 5G connections. Both 2g and 5g reach to the room.

The room can be unfurnished or furnished (desk, chair, bed) for an extra one time payment of $100. The entire house has tile/wood floors, so you do not have to worry about old carpet and allergies. The house is a newer house with grass in the backyard and chairs in a separate patio seating. The bathroom is shared with two other people. There is a total of 5 rooms in the house that are all currently rented. You also get full laundry and kitchen privileges. All stainless steel appliances and one month old fridge. If you smoke, you can smoke outside, but not in the room.
