Big, beautiful room available in large Spanish style house!
It's a quiet, walkable residential neighborhood, with easy access to the 134 and 2 freeways. The room is private, with two existing roommates sharing common areas: large living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio/yard. Plenty of room, and lots of light. The room and house are fully furnished.

Room is available June to August (dates flexible, possibly longer). I am the tenant who will be gone; you must apply with the landlord for official acceptance. Quiet, responsible students or professionals with no pets preferred.
