Single bedroom with attached bath available in huge house in nice and quiet neighborhood in Rowland heights. Can provide queen mattress, side table and computer table if needed. House has full size pool and Jacuzzi. Laundry room with washer dryer and lots of storage space. Dedicated parking spot on the street in front of the house. Cats are okay. $250 deposit per cat. We are four male roommates, one lives upstairs and 3 downstairs. No tobacco inside. Everyone works 9-5 hours. Must pass background check and show proof of employment.
