We have two rooms for rent! The rooms are very spacious (19 ft x 9 ft) all utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. The rent is collected in a month to month basis. The property is located in San Fernando, close to the 210 and 118 freeway. It’s 5 mins away from downtown San Fernando and close to LA mission college as well.
