Private Bedroom & Bathroom | Central AC + Parking

My name is Robert and I am looking to rent out the second bedroom and bathroom in my apartment. My roommate will be moving out on September 1st so it will be available then. The place is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in North Hills with central AC and you're own parking space. I am in my late 20's and I work a lot so I am not in the house much. Open to consideration for males and females. The room comes unfurnished. The pictures have furniture cause my roommate hasn't moved out yet. I am not against you having overnight guests and if you want to smoke you can do so on the patio, that doesn't bother me.
