Bright spacious room for rent in 2200 sq ft home

Large spacious private bedroom, furnished with a queen Loom and Leaf memory foam mattress & lots of closet space (on the upper level of a gated two story townhome built in 2007). You'll have your own private en-suite bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire home (2200 sq foot living area) minus the host bedroom and another room used for storage. Guests have complete privacy in this house as I'm usually not around and no other rooms are rented out to other parties. You may store food in the refrigerator and make use of the kitchen. Please eat in the kitchen or dining room. There is a kettle for hot water, coffee, bottled water and snacks available. A large flat screen TV is in the family room (no cable, just local channels). Chromecast is available to stream HBOGo and YouTube from a provided laptop. High speed WiFi, ironing board. No onsite washer/dryer, but there is a Laundromat less than a mile away. We have central AC/heat to keep cool during the summer and warm in the winters.

Property is very clean and located in a safe neighborhood near a police station.
