Two Private bedrooms with shared bathroom

Hello! The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located near E Valley BLVD and about half a mile from I-8. The rooms are separated by the bathroom and are located on the other side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms so there’s a bit more privacy. Both rooms are around 11 x 11, have closets and additional storage space next to the bathroom.

The house is over 2,000 sq. ft so the common areas are huge and there is a separate laundry room, 2 car garage and tons of driveway space for more parking. Gated backyard with lots of fruit trees and plants. The place will be semi furnished by myself and my friends (couch, rug, tv stand and shelving) and we plan on fully furnishing throughout time but there is plenty of space if you have your own belongings.

About us: I am 25, female and attending USC. Usually I spend my off time cooking, gardening and workout out. My friends are a male & female couple who will be taking the master suite and are in their mid-late 20’s. They are both working professionals and attending college at PCC. We are all clean and like a up-kept space but aren’t clean freaks. We also have 3 cats between us and will consider another cat in the house(no dogs unfortunately).
