Small but affordable, great location near beach

Cute remodeled mid-century apartment on 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 1 shared bath. One giant lovable and super mellow Irish Wolfhound. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a super comfy daybed with brand new firm mattress with soft memory foam, lavender infused top. Writing desk and table in the room at present. Roku TV, internet available.

Walking distance to Cabrillo Beach, Heritage Park, Point Fermin. Apartment is usually very cool due to ocean breezes.

Looking for respectful, clean, easy-going, even-minded, no drama roomy.
You must have fairly decent credit and be able to be approved for the lease, which has 9 months more to go, and then is month to month from there. Yeah, I know its kind of a hassle, but it is required by the management. The rent is cheap and the utilities in this apartment are super low, because the management pays for water and sewage. The property manager here is very cool, we have outdoor movies and a nice bunch in this small 16 apartment complex.

I am a paralegal, easy going, friendly and respectful, like to meditate and like quiet, but don't mind if you want to play music at a reasonable level or watch t. v., just need to respect quiet hours. I have had several roommate situations over the course of my life and so am well informed about what it takes to live peacefully with others.

Special preference given to vegetarians but okay if you are not.
