Cute, cozy and ocean breeze

Room for rent in good location in San Pedro. Great ocean breezes and within walking distance of harbor and beach. Looking for a housemate that loves animals, is respectful, trustworthy and honest. Someone who's fairly on the quiet side, preferably another very busy professional or student (who's mostly on the go and that's not home all the time (prefer someone who works nights especially on weekends would be a perfect fit) & who is easy to get along. There is a Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi. There are stairs and it is a secluded back house, quite charming and nice. Sits up high and catches the fresh ocean breezes. Very nice, large private yard (welcome to grow flowers, herbs or veggies on a small scale). This place grows on you!
