QUIET spacey room

I have a room for rent! There is a shared bathroom. The room has a window which allows a nice breeze. The neighborhood is quiet (no barking dogs or loud kids) and close to the hiking trails/beach. The apartment is a 4-plex, so there?s only 4 tenants. The apartment stays cool in the summer, is roomy, AND has a washer & dryer inside (no more laundromats).

I am a nurse and a full time student, so home is a place of comfort for me. I extend courtesy, manners, and consideration and expect the same. Must clean up after yourself and pay rent on time.

There is a garage in the back that can store extra furniture if needed!
