Unit includes garage and storage space, 2 bed 2.5 bath with in-unit laundry and spacious kitchen/living area. Great balcony with patio set and bbq. You would have your own bathroom with shower. Plenty of parking and depending on size of vehicle, you can have the garage spot. I do keep a small fishing boat in there as well. Street parking is plentiful for guests.

All utilities included except cable, which your share would be $40/month. Room currently has a double bed in it but that can be removed upon request. Large closet. Approx room dimensions are 13? x 14?.
