I'm the owner of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse. The townhouse over looks the harbor and ocean. I live here and I'm looking for 2 more roommates to occupy the 2 spare rooms(1 person per room). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. I would be running a background/credit check and checking for proof of income. Looking for responsible, working professionals. Street parking is easy, gated parking is available for an extra 50$ a month. Washer and dryer inside the apartment. I live in a quiet part of town. Takes about 6 minutes to get to the 110, 15 min to get to long beach or torrance. I do have a small cat.
