I have 2 rooms available in a 3 br, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in San Pedro, Ca.

BR 1 is 11? x 10? closet is 5? x 2? $900/month

BR 2 is 12.5? x 10? closet is 12? x 2? $950/month

You will share a full bathroom with the tenant in the other bedroom. There is a half bathroom downstairs for tenants and guests.

The townhouse has just been renovated. New paint, hardwood floors, and new carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchen has all new appliances: side by side refrigerator, oven with microwave above and new dishwasher. There is a reverse osmosis water filter system under the sink. The kitchen is well appointed with vitamix, 3 qt and 6 qt instantpot, centrifugal juicer, food processor, and keurig style coffeemaker. You are welcome to use all as long as you clean up afterwards. Washer and dryer in the garage.

There is a patio off the kitchen w outdoor seating,. This is a quiet, peaceful complex with a swimming pool, and tennis courts. There are several beaches nearby: Cabrillo, Redondo, Long Beach, Hermosa, and Manhattan Beach. I?m a psych RN working at Providence San Pedro. I love living here! The landlord is very nice and honest. You will get your deposit back as long as you don?t do any damage. The deposit is $400.

There is garage parking available for one car for an additional $50/month. First come, first served. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking as well. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, full access to the house, kitchen supplies such as dish detergent, cooking oils, condiments, and spices. You are expected to pick up after yourself in the shared space but I do the deep cleaning. Available now.
