Front and rear entrances. Private bathroom with shower, large front and back yards. Avacado, lemon, orange tangerine fig, loquat and banana trees, BBQ, quiet neighborhood, street parking. Semi-retired older quiet couple seeking roomate who is also quiet, we are non-smokers and a non-smoking household. No heavy drinkers or partying, we have very friendly cats, must like or at least tolerate cats, washer dryer in side yard, room has air conditioner, new Mattress, includes dresser, armoire and shelves. Some limited storage space available. First months rent and $900.00 security deposit due upon move in. References required. Room will be available on 7/10/2020.
