Room For Rent With Private Bathroom

Hi!
I'm Eva. I am a school psychologist by profession. I am very easy going, friendly and can get along with almost anyone. I am very young at heart! I keep my house very neat/tidy and clean. I am looking for someone similar.
The third bedroom is an office and I would be willing to share that space as an office, if needed. The garage has a washer and dryer and I have all the necessary appliances in the kitchen which can be shared. The house has excellent air conditioning, and I have it on often.
I have one large dog. She is a shepherd mix, weighs 100 lbs. and is an excellent guard dog. I always feel very safe! She is well mannered and goes inside and outside as she pleases, as she has a doggie door to the backyard. I would (consider) a dog, we would just need to discuss a few things.
