I live in a lovely 2 story town house, inside a nice clean/quiet gated community complex in Palos verdes that is neighboring rancho Palos verdes.
My patio in the living room has a gorgeous view on the hills. It’s super zen and quiet.
Note: The images I have included of the second bedroom I am renting, and the furnitures in there, are of my previous roommate. Right now it’s obviously empty.
I am a clean low key person. And I am looking for someone like minded. I am social. My home has 2 bathroom and 2 showers upstairs. That is 1 tub and one standing shower upstairs near the bedrooms. So there will never be a problem of bathroom availability, since I have another bathroom downstairs. The app won’t let me upload all the images. There’s an extra parking space for you, right next to the house. There are 3 pools inside the complex and 2 workout areas within the complex.
Also, there is a big plaza 7 mins away from the complex, which’s very convenient. I am also 15 mins away from the “Trump gulf” in case you like golfing. Also 15 mins away from many great hiking trails. 20mins away from Redondo beach. And 25 mins from Long Beach.
