Room for rent w/ private bathroom

Located in San Pedro, nice quiet neighborhood, street parking. We are an older couple living in a large, older 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
Asking $1,000.00 a month, first and last, utilities included. Room is furnished, new mattress, dresser, free standing collapsible shelf unit and large Armoire. Full use of entire house, has small but well equipped kitchen, big front and back yard with small amount of storage available in backyard shed. We have a small bbq for use as well. Plenty of fruit trees including avacado, banana, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, orange and loquat. Available now, We are hoping to find a clean, quiet roomate, smoking outside is ok, we don’t smoke. We have cats!
