Apartment is in a locked building just about 1-2 miles from Cabrillo Beach, Cabrillo Way Marina, and Waterfront Promenade. Close to hiking and walking areas. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, CVS, and parks. Within minutes of Providence Company of Mary Medical Center.
The unit is on the second floor. No elevator.
Building is clean and well-kept by the Landlord.
Other tenants are respectful, quite and kind.

I believe boundaries and being courteous of others in the home are healthy.

About you: Ideally between 25-65. Single occupant. Friendly. Professional. Quiet. Positive. Clean. Respectful. Kind. Considerate, Mindful of strong smells either food or fragrances.

About Me: Professional. Quiet but Friendly. Christian. Positive. Clean. Organized. Respectful, and I get along with good and kind people. I work from home. Watch TV with very low volume. I have a kitty but cannot accept more pets in the apartment. Communicative. I get along with nice, kind people.

-Large room with large closet, and large window.
-Shared kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster.
-Shared balcony with sitting area. A view of residential hill and partial ocean view and L. A. Harbor.
-Shared bathroom
-Laundry room onsite and next to the apartment
-Park on the street
-At least one-year commitment is appreciated
-Shared cleaning duties of shared areas once a month each
-No pets. No drugs legal or illegal. No alcohol
-Price: $900.00 utilities included.
-$800 Deposit. Some of that deposit to cover some cleaning at the time of moving out.
-No male guests.
-Friend/family overnight for a couple of nights are ok due to privacy and comfort. Same for me.

Complete application, proof of identity, proof of income, and rental history with strong references.
