Hello! I am a single female looking for a female roommate for a bedroom in my modern San Pedro home. The room also has its own private bathroom. You would have full access to a modern kitchen and washer and dryer and all other common areas. The home is located a short walk from many restaurants and shops in Downtown San Pedro and is within walking distance of Cabrillo Beach! The home was built in 2020 and is in excellent condition. The home has a rooftop where you can sunbathe, BBQ or garden if that's your thing! I do have two very sweet Maine Coon cats who live in the house but they love people. For an extra fee of $100 you may park a vehicle in the private garage connected to the house. There is also plenty of street parking. There is also room for storage in the garage.
