We are a married couple (24 and 27) looking to rent out the bedroom on the 1st floor of our brand new townhome in San Pedro. Our home is three stories with the bedroom on the ground floor along with the garage and some storage closets. The room has its own private bathroom! It is a gated community with a pool and amenity center. We will allow kitchen access for cooking your food but we request that our renter keeps a mini fridge in the garage to store perishables as we would prefer to not mix foods due to our allergies. Must be good with pets as we do have a friendly dog and cat both hypoallergenic. We’re just looking for someone chill who shares the same lifestyle as us! Female preferred. Utilities included.
