Two Rooms and a Private Bathroom For Rent

I am looking for someone to rent out most of the apartment. I work long hours, and am basically never there. I stay in the master bedroom with my own bathroom, and don't use the rest of the apartment. I am looking for someone quiet and respectful. You would be renting two of the bedrooms, a private bathroom, and the rest of the apartment. It is recently renovated and very nice. It comes with one dedicated parking spot, and street parking.
