Good sized unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apt, your room has a private balcony w/sliding glass doors, good sized wall closet, door leading to your private bathroom, has a small stackable washer & dryer in apartment, the complex is quiet, has pool, small gym, plenty of permit parking, about a 4 min drive to 14 FWY, 20 mins to the valley, 30 to Hollywood & 40 to DTLA (ofcourse depends on LA Traffic!!) down the street from bike/walk path. We would split costs for electric, cable & internet. Share the living spaces, dont really want someone who will live only in their bedroom, come on out & hang in the living room, watch tv, cook in the kitchen, socialize :) If you have a verifiable full-time job & tired of paying LA Counties over priced rents solo and you dont do drugs and arent into drama where you live, this is the perfect place. I'm a shift worker, meaning I work nights often, so when I do, you'd have a lot of home alone time to really relax!!
