Room for rent in my spacious Santa Clarita home near Soledad and Sierra Highway. Quiet neighborhood. In-house laundry room, beautiful community pool. High-speed internet, use of kitchen, of course.

You will be sharing my five bedroom, three bathroom home with another tenant, my teenage son and me. We have two quirky cats, and one adorable dog. Shared bathroom. I live in the master, so I have my own bathroom. Utilities split four ways, average $60/month. Room will be unfurnished.

You must show proof of income, have background check and be employed full-time or in school full-time or some combination of both.

First month rent plus $400 deposit to move in. No smoking, overnight guests, children or pets. YES to someone who is drama free and easy-going.
